WHY MODI Govt is after JNV Schools?

Modi govt has ordered to convert many #JNVs into #SainikSchool and students have been asked to give #NDA exams. JNV is the top performing chain of residential govt school in India. It has produced top quality of Engineers, Doctors, IAS, Lawyers etcs who are serving the nation.
Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya was a dream project of Shri Rajiv Gandhi Ji. He sanctioned it in just 5 minutes by asking former PM Narsimha Rao ji, to implement it. JNV seats are reserved 75% for the poor and rural students.

Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas (JNVs) is a system of central schools for talented students predominantly from rural area in India. They are run by Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti, New Delhi, an autonomous organization under the Department of School Education and Literacy, Ministry of Education (MoE)(formerly the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD) (1985–2020) ), Government of India. JNVs are fully residential and co-educational schools affiliated to Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), New Delhi, with classes from VI to XII standard. JNVs are specifically tasked with finding talented children in rural areas of India and providing them with an education equivalent to the best residential school system, without regard to their families’ socio-economic conditions.

The Budget for Education, Boarding and activities at JNVs are provided by Ministry of Education, Government of India and it’s free of cost for the students during the 7 years of stay.

JNVs exist all over India, with the exception of Tamil Nadu.[3] There are approximately 661 across India as of 2016-17 academic year. As of 30 September 2019, a total of 636 JNVs are functional in the country with about 2,65,574 students enrolled, and out of which 2,06,728 (~78%) are from rural areas. In 2019, JNVs were the top-ranked C.B.S.E. schools, having a pass percentage of 98.57% and 96.62% in 10th and 12th grades respectively. 

The idea of Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas conceived by former Prime Minister of India Rajiv Gandhi.[6][7] The concept of opening a JNV in every district of India was born as a part of the National Policy on Education, 1986 with an aim of providing excellence coupled with social justice.[8] Subsequently, Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS) was registered as a society under the Societies Registration Act, 1860.[8]

As per policy of the government, one JNV was to be established in each district of country. To start with, two Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas were established during 1985–86, at Jhajjar (Haryana) and Amravati (Maharashtra).[8] As of the 2015–16 academic session, JNVs had been sanctioned for 576 districts. In addition, ten JNVs have been sanctioned in districts having a large population of ST population, ten in districts having a large concentration of SC population and two special JNVs in Manipur, bringing the total number of sanctioned JNVs to 598.[9] Out of these 591 JNVs are functional.[10] In November 2016, the Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs (CCEA) approved the opening of one JNV in each of the 62 uncovered districts.[10] That will bring the total number of JNVs to 660 once operational.

Modi Govt in budget said that it will open new Sainik Schools. BUT it is just renaming and converting the existing JNVs. How shameful is that ??

माननीय महोदय

BJP  वाले ममता दादी को “तोला बाज” कह रहे हैं। और मोमता दीदी मोदी का “भारत के इतिहास का सबसे बड़ा दंगाबाज” कह रही हैं।

BJP वाले कह रहे हैं कि बंगाल को आंटी की नहीं बेटी की जरूरत है, बोले तो जवान लड़की की। और इनको अपना नेता परदादा की उम्र का तेज फेंकने वाला पसन्द है।

और, आम नागरिक ऐसा वैसा कुछ लिख दे, कह दे इनको तो, इनका अपमान होता है, मानहानि होती है। और आपके ऊपर ज्यादा निगाह गड़ा लिए तो सीधे देशद्रोह में अंदर कर देंगे।

ये वही माननीय लोग हैं, तो संसद में और विधानसभा में ताननिय हो जाते है, कुर्सी, जूता, चप्पल फेंक कर एक दूसरे को मारते हैं। और इनकी मुर्गा मुर्गी की लड़ाई पूरा विश्व देख रहा होता है।

बताईये आप, ये कैसे माननीय हैं जी !!

31 साल का तेजस्वी यादव अकेले नीतीश कुमार, सुशील मोदी, नरेंद्र मोदी, संघ संगठन और भाजपा जैसी विश्व की सबसे बड़ी पार्टी के 40 से 50 साल के पोलिटिकल कैरियर पर भारी पड़ता है।

लालू यादव परिवार में लाख बुराईयां हों, लेकिन यह भी सच हैं कि ये बुराईयां सब में है, और जिनका नाम ऊपर है उन लोगों से कम है। और सबसे बड़ी बात यह है कि इन्होंने संघ के हाथी जैसे एजेंडे के आगे सिर नहीं झुकाया। ऐसी और पार्टी का नाम बताइये।

जगन्नाथ मिश्रा के समय से चला आ रहा घोटाला जो कुल जमा लगभग ₹900 करोड़ का था यदि सृजन घोटाले के ₹3000 करोड़ से अधिक है, मुज्जफरपुर के बालिका शेल्टर होम बलात्कार से जघन्य है तो फिर आपका गणित और चरित्र दोनों गड़बड़ है।

चारा खाये मिश्रा जी और चारा चोर हुवा यादव। क्योंकि संघ जैसे सांड को उसकी सिंग से पकड़कर पटकने वाला आजकल जेल में है। और उस सांड की हार से उन सबको दर्द होता था जो जातिवादी ऐड़ी उठाकर ऊँचा होते थे और सांड के तहसनहस करने पर उत्सव मनाते थे।

राजद, तेजस्वी और लालू यादव का चरित्र संघ से बेहतर है। और उनकी जेब में पड़ा पैसा संघ और उसके अगुवाई करने वालों से कहीं बहुत ही ज्यादा कम।

रही बात, भ्रष्ट और अपराधी की तो, मैं और मेरे कई सारे मित्र साफ सुथरा हैं। उन्हें टिकट कौन देगा, वोट कौन देगा।

इस देश को लोगों को पढ़ा लिखा बस वाद विवाद और कैरियर गाइड के लिये अच्छा लगता है। MLA, MP, CM और PM तो उन्हें उस डब्बे से चाहिये जिसमें खून है, जला हुआ सामान है, खोखा और पेटी है, तस्करी का बारूद है, और सेना के काम आने वाली AK47 है!

हमें कचरा पसंद है, लेकिन प्यार तो हम पढ़े लिखे सफेदपोशों से करना चाहते हैं !

बिहार के दो सबसे बड़े नेता, नीतीश कुमार और रामविलास पासवान, दोनों ही हद्द दर्जे के अवसरवादी और पलटू। इनका न अगड़ा से लेना है, न पिछड़ा या दलित से, न इनको कट्टर हिंदूवाद से दिक्कत है, न धर्मनिरपेक्षता से।

नीतीश ने एक्सट्रीम लेफ्ट के साथ भी सरकार बनाई है और एक्सट्रीम राइट विंग वाले संघ से भी इश्क़ लड़ाया है। इनका न कोई मोरल है और न कोई आत्मा। गोधरा दंगा के समय नीतीश चुप रहे, लेकिन मोदी और संघ से घिन्न होने का ढकोसला भी किया। बिना पेंदी के लोटा की तरह।

नीतीश का मकसद है कि उनको येन केन प्रकारेण CM की कुर्सी चाहिए। इसलिए इनको कुर्सी कुमार भी बोलते हैं। जब तक RJD पावर में था संघ और दंगों का विस्तार बिहार में लगभग नदारद था। 1990 के समय राम मंदिर मूवमेंट, जो भाजपा के राजनीतिक रोटी सेंकने का जबरदस्त हथियार था और पूरा देश साम्प्रदायिक हिंसा और ध्रुवीकरण की चपेट में था, लालू यादव के कारण बिहार में अछूता था। संघ परिवार अपना शिविर बढ़ा नहीं पाया, लगा नहीं पाया।

नीतीश के समय अब लगभग 4000 संघ के नए शिविर खुले हैं। जहां ध्रुवीकरण की उम्मीद ज्यादा हो वहीं यह अपनी नई शाखा खोलते हैं। अक्सर मुस्लिम बहुल इलाकों के आस पास के गांवों और क्षेत्र में। नतीजा है कि बिहार में अब धार्मिक उन्माद ज्यादा है, और छुटपुट दंगे अक्सर होते रहते हैं। लालू यादव वह कील हैं जो संघ की तेज चाल में चुभते हैं।

जे है से कि, राम विलास पासवान राजनीतिक मौसम के प्रकांड विद्वान। उनको पता होता था कि हवा का रुख किधर है। उधर ही हो लेते थे। कई सारे PM के अंदर मंत्री रहे। उनका मकसद मंत्री बनना था।

नितीश कुमार भी छोटे मौसम वैज्ञानिकों में आते हैं। लेकिन ये मौसम बदलने वाले भी हैं। इनके जैसा बिना मोरल का CM ढूंढने से नहीं मिलेगा। इनसे ज्यादा कायर भी। इनका आजतक कोई स्टैंड क्लियर नहीं रहा।

ये वहीं हैं, जिन्होंने कहा था : “मिट्टी में मिल जायेंगे, लेकिन भाजपा के साथ हाथ नहीं मिलायेंगे”. अब देखिए, RJD के सौतन के साथ हनीमून मना रहे हैं।

नीतीश कुमार बिना रीढ़ की हड्डी वाले राजनेता हैं !

In recently announed results by UPSC, 476 of 829 selected are from an institute Sankalp Foundation which is affiliated to RSS. That is 57%

How come UPSC did that ? Imagine 54% of IITians coming from Madarsa. Every moron will cry it as Jihad. This is equavalent of overtaking of institution, administration, maligning the image of UPSC. How will credibility of UPSC stand then ??

RSS is changing the administrative structure for coming 30 to 40 years with the help of these UPSC qualified people !

What will happen with this ? Imagine SP, SSP, and DM of your area is from hardlined RSS. He will discriminate between Hindu and Muslim. He will discriminate between upper caste and lower caste. If a riot takes place, he will take side with Hindu Mob. He will not let them get punished. He will save the local politician who was involved in killing people on the line of caste, religion.

This has happened in Gujarat. This has happened in Mumbai. This has happened when India burned in Ram Mandir movement during 90s. Do you know who have protected Narendra Modi, Amit Shah, Kalyan Singh, LK Advani, Murali Manohar Joshi etcs.

A favourable police and administration helps in hiding crime, arresting innocents in a vindicative manner. This has happened in 1984 in Delhi, 1989 in Bhagalpur, During deadly days of Bloodbath in Bihar during fight of Ranvir Sena and Lower caste Senas.

Police, administration, judiciary and politician, if all of them are of same ideology, you can imagine the threat to democracy. This is a deadly and fearful combination of forces. Include the favorable media and educational institutions, you have overtaken the soul of a country. No one can threaten you. Not even election. That is dictatorship in true sense.

If all this go unreported, without brakes, India is doomed to be fascist regime. We are witnessing that. All the influential dissenters are being arrested, slapped with NSA, UAPA, and Anti terror laws. They are slapped arbitrarily. Delhi police could not arrest Komal Sharma of ABVP but has all the time to prepare lakhs of sheets of proof against Umar Khalid. When world noticed the Delhi Riots of 2020 and Kapil Mishra, he is still roaming free.

This a typical play book of any right-wing fascist regime around the world. And founder of RSS were fond of Nazi in Germany.

On Even days : उद्धव ठाकरे, तुझे क्या लगता है !
एक दिन में कई शब्दों का प्रयोग। कश्मीरी पंडितों का दर्द समझ सकती हूँ। मेरा घर राम मंदिर है। बाबर के लोगों ने बाबरी मस्जिद बना दी। मुंबई पाकिस्तान हो गया। जय श्री राम !
यह महिला कुछ बड़ा ही खरनाक चीज लेती है। जिससे यह इतना बोलती है। व्हाट्सएप का ज्ञान लेकर। या तो यह पागल है या इसके पीछे बहुत बड़ी ताकत है। जिससे इसको इतनी हिम्मत मिल रही है। यु नो हु।
48 करोड़ के घर मे रहकर, लोगों को टैक्स पेयर के पैसे को बर्बाद करने का ज्ञान देने वाली, बिना किसी वाजिब डर के, Y कैटेगरी की सेक्युरिटी ले रही है, एक स्टेटस सिम्बोलिस्म के लिये।
मामला शुरू हुआ था, सुशांत के लिये न्याय मांगने से। उसका कत्ल हुआ है।नेपोटिसम के कारण। जी भर कर सबको गालियाँ मिली। मैंने भी दी गालियाँ। लेकिन कुछ दिनों में ही लग गया कि मैं गलत हूँ। मेरा गुस्सा जायज है, लेकिन सुशांत की मौत का कारण क्या है नहीं पता।
कंगना ने बोलना शुरू किया। पायल रोहतगी ने बोलना शुरू किया। हर ऐरा गैरा केस सुलझाने में लग गया। कोई पुनीत वशिष्ठ है, जिसके एक फेसबुक पोस्ट ने हंगामा मचा दिया। जब मामला लीगल हुआ तो उसने पोस्ट के नीचे लिख दिया फोरवर्डेड। उसकी जिम्मेदारी खत्म।
सुशांत के परिवार ने केस दर्ज किया। कि उसकी हत्या हुई है। 15 करोड़ का हेर फेर हुआ है। रिया उसकी GF थी, वो फँस गयी। फिर शुरू हुआ घिनौना खेल। पता चला कि वो ड्रग लेता था, एक दशक से मानसिक बीमार था। 15 करोड़ भी नहीं मिले थे उसे। नेपोटिसम का शिकार भी नहीं था। रिया फसती गयी। राजनीति का मोहरा बन गयी। और उसका परिवार जेल में है।
केस हुआ था हत्या और पैसे की लूट का। बन गया ड्रग का। यदि रिया उन सब की तरह ड्रग लेती है और अकेले जेल में है, तो क्या सुशांत की आत्मा को शांति मिलेगी? क्या उसकी आत्मा उसे माफ़ कर पायेगी, जिसकी फूंकने की वजह से एक परिवार को सूली पर चढ़ाया जा रहा है।
इस पूरे मामले में कंगना केवल अपनी रोटी सेंकती रही। वो बोलती है। कुछ भी बोलती है। लगातार बोलती है। उसे लगता है कि उसको बहुत कुछ पता है। ऐसा अक्सर व्हाट्सएप वाले ज्ञानी के साथ होता है। उसने मणिकर्णिका की तो उसे लगता है वो झाँसी की रानी है। वह भूल गयी कि वह कोठे वाली रज्जो भी बनी थी। सौ चूहे खा कर बिल्ली चली हज को।
इस पूरे हो हल्ला में, सुशांत का मामला पीछे हो गया। कंगना ने इसे हाईजैक कर लिया। अपने न्याय और अन्याय का मामला बना दिया। महाराष्ट्र सरकार को गालियां दी। क्रिटिसिज्म ठीक है। लेकिन जहाँ से तुमने अपना वजूद बनाया उसे पाकिस्तान कहना बेशर्मी की इंतेहा है।
कंगना यह भूल गयी है कि राजनीति में कोई भी दुश्मन या दोस्त नहीं होता। राजनीति में 2 प्लस 2 कभी 4 तो कभी 3 तो कभी 2 भी होता है। उसे लगता है कि अमित शाह, मोदी और भाजपा का IT सेल मेहरबान है। बिल्कुल है। क्योंकि GDP 24% गिरा है, कोरोना से लाखों लोग ग्रसित हैं, करोड़ो लोग बेरोजगारी और भुखमरी से।
अब थाली और ताली बजाना काम नहीं आ रहा। अर्णब, सुधिर, रुबिका, नाविका, अंजना, अमिश, रजत, दीपक इत्यादि अपना 24/7 काम कर रहें हैं। ताकि मुद्दों पर बात न हो। इसमें सबसे मुखर अभी कंगना है।
लेकिन कल किसने देखा है। कल को अमित शाह और उद्धव ठाकरे एक साथ मातोश्री में काश्मीरी पुलाव और पंजाबी रायता खाते मिल जायेंगे। उस दिन कंगना को अपने इश्तेमाल होने का अहसास होगा। उस दिन उसे आदित्य पंचोली अच्छे लगेंगे। और गुस्से से सिर फटने को होगा।
राजनीति घाघ लोगों का खेल है। यदि कंगना को लगता है कि वो समझ गयी है। तो यह उसकी नीरा मूर्खता है। राजनीति समझने के लिये इसमें उतरना जरूरी है। तभी मोल भाव समझ में आयेगा। संजय दत्त, अमिताभ बच्चन जैसे मेगा स्टार अपना हाथ आजमा चुके हैं। फिर अपनी रंगीन नकली दुनिया में वापस चले गये।
कंगना का भ्रम भी देर सवेर टूटेगा। और अरमान के टूटने पर बहुत दर्द होता है। उम्मीद है कि यह दर्द सुशांत जैसा न हो।
तब तक आप कंगना नाम की नई राखी सावंत और ड्रामा क़वीन के जुमलों और गमलों का लुत्फ उठाइये।
